ALLHEAT® Series
Some Like It Hot
Our powerful ALLHEAT® Series are designed for safe and reliable pumping of heat transfer fluids. Whether your heat transfer fluid is organic mineral oil-based, synthetic heat transfer oil up to 400 °C, or hot water up to 207 °C, our versatile pump series offers a cost-effective solution to meet your technical requirements. The Allweiler ALLHEAT® series offer centrifugal pumps for high-temperature applications in three designs. Pumps in process design and two space-saving designs – block and inline.
Key Advantages
High Reliability
Safe pumping of mineral oil-based and synthetic
heat transfer fluids ≤ 400 °C or hot water ≤ 207 °C
Versatility
Three models in two pressure ratings (PN 16 and 25) for maximum flexibility
Space-Saving
Compact and space-saving designs
for limited installation space
Safety Features
Safety & Efficiency for Your Applications
Special Bearing & Sealing Concept
The special bearing and sealing concept with an effective thermal barrier allows the use of a cost-effective standard shaft seal, reducing your investment and maintenance budget.
High Mechanical Stiffness
The very high mechanical stiffness of the pump between the casing and the bearing bracket guarantees you high operational reliability and long wear part life, especially in the harsh conditions of high-temperature applications.
Further Safety Features
A safety throttle, minimized axial thrust, a sleeve bearing with special bearing geometry, a long-life roller bearing, an optional shaft seal with quench system, and a double-cardanic coupling for special applications provide additional safety even in often critical heat transfer applications.
Flexible To Your Needs
We understand that every application and every customer is unique. That’s why we offer versatile solutions to meet your specific needs:
The ALLHEAT® centrifugal pump series is offered in six versions.
The process pumps, as well as the close-coupled and in-line versions, are each manufactured in two pressure ratings (PN 16 and 25). The latter eliminates the need for coupling alignment. The drive motor is flanged directly to the pump, simplifying installation and commissioning. They are also ideal for installation in confined spaces.
Trust ALLHEAT® for High Temperature Pumping
When you choose an ALLHEAT® centrifugal pump, you choose a reliable and powerful solution for your high-temperature applications. Our range of pumps offers the safety, efficiency and flexibility you need to give your processes a competitive edge.
