ALLMOVE® Series

The All-Rounder for Aggressive Media

With ALLMOVE®, you can pump difficult media just as reliably as sensitive media in precisely metered quantities. ALLMOVE® peristaltic pumps require no seals or valves. Maintenance and wear of these components are completely eliminated. The fabric-reinforced pump tube guarantees a long service life. The rotating positive displacement pumps are ideally suited for aggressive media, as their design prevents the media from coming into contact with the mechanical conveying mechanism.

ALLMOVE® pumps can also handle highly viscous and abrasive fluids. The solids content can be up to 70 % by volume and the particle size up to 33 mm. With ALLMOVE® peristaltic pumps, you choose a dry-running and dry self-priming pump. At the same time, it guarantees a long service life and gentle pumping.

Patented Details for Efficiency & Reliability

Patented Shoe Design

Allweiler ALLMOVE® peristaltic pumps are equipped with patented sliding shoes. Due to their design, the sliding shoes have a very low angle of contact and thus enable particularly gentle compression of the delivery hose, resulting in a long service life.

Glycerin as coolant & lubricant

The ALLMOVE® pump housing is filled halfway with glycerine. The glycerine acts as a lubricant for the hose and the shoes. The special design of the pump rotor, combined with the rotating motion, ensures that the glycerine is distributed throughout the housing, providing lubrication.

Another benefit of the glycerin is that it cools the pump hose. When the hose heats up, the glycerin dissipates the heat through the pump housing to the environment, preventing the hose from overheating.

Easy service

If the hose needs to be changed, it can be done without disassembly. Thanks to the design of Allweiler ALLMOVE® and the possibility of reversible operation, the hose can be changed without disassembling the pump cover. This saves a lot of time and allows the pumps to be put back into operation quickly, thus reducing downtime.

Safety First

Innovative Protection Mechanisms for ALLMOVE® Pumps

ALLMOVE® pumps from Allweiler are also designed to meet the highest safety standards. To protect your system and the pump mechanics, Allweiler peristaltic pumps are equipped with innovative safety features.

A hose rupture detector continuously monitors the liquid level inside the pump housing. If liquid enters the pump housing unexpectedly, a capacitive proximity switch immediately shuts down the pump drive. This rapid response minimizes the risk of damage to the mechanical system and provides reliable protection in the event of a malfunction. The sometimes aggressive pumping media are prevented from contaminating the pump environment and becoming a hazard to life and limb.

Maximum Performance & Versatility

Innovative Vacuum Support

Our peristaltic pumps incorporate the latest technology to ensure maximum performance and versatility.  Vacuum support not only allows for large suction heads up to 9.5 mWs, but also easily handles the transfer of highly viscous media. This innovative feature provides efficient pumping and precise metering for the most demanding applications.

The vacuum installation further optimizes the pumping process by increasing the return force of the pump tube after the walk process. This ensures uniform delivery and allows the pump to operate reliably even under difficult conditions.
