ALLMAG® Series
Leak-Free Delivery of Every Single Drop
Allweiler ALLMAG® pumps are leak-free, magnetic drive centrifugal pumps. As hermetically sealed centrifugal pumps without shaft feedthroughs, they can be used wherever the explosion hazard, toxicity or odor of the pumped liquid makes it necessary.
Their main feature is the closed system realized by a magnetic coupling. This design eliminates the need for a conventional dynamic shaft seal and provides a hermetic seal. ALLMAG® centrifugal pumps are therefore ideal for handling hazardous, toxic or corrosive fluids, as the risk of leakage and unwanted emissions is reduced to an absolute minimum.
Key Advantages
Maximum Safety
Ensures the safety
of your equipment and employees
Environmentally Friendly
Eliminates emissions
with magnetic drive design
Innovative Design
Unique pump design
for maximum safety and economy
Sustainable and Safe
Magnetic Drive Design
The ALLMAG® pump is an environmentally friendly and safe solution for your applications with hazardous, toxic or corrosive fluids. Thanks to the magnetic drive, the pumps have no dynamic shaft seal, which minimizes maintenance and downtime, thus increasing plant availability. The pump’s emission-free operation helps you to meet environmental regulations and operate your plant sustainably. It also increases operational safety and effectively protects your employees from hazardous substances.
Benefits of the ALLMAG® Series
Ultimate Reliability
Unique Magnetic Drive Pump for Maximum Safety & Cost Efficiency
The ALLMAG® CMA series of centrifugal pumps has been carefully designed to ensure exceptionally high operational reliability while keeping investment costs to a minimum. Our concept aims to effectively counteract the challenges and disturbances to which process pumps are typically exposed. This prevents damage to the pump and ensures high reliability and long service life.
The reduction of investment and spare parts costs is achieved by eliminating all unnecessary parts that are not essential for power transmission and pumping of the medium – the pumps have no shaft!
Wide range of applications
Our standardized designs cover a wide range of conveying tasks.
An attractive price/performance ratio and greatly simplified stock-keeping
We use many of the same parts, which simplifies storage and management and reduces costs.
High safety and low cost of ownership
Our pumps feature highest efficiency, as well as a robust and low-wear design, ensuring high safety and low operating costs.
Two types for maximum flexibility
Close-coupled pumps CMA: This design offers a compact solution and does not require alignment of the coupling.
CMAL bearing bracket version: This version complies with the DIN EN ISO 2858 standard and allows maintenance without dismantling the motor when using a spacer coupling.
Pumping Heat Transfer Fluids Without Leakage
For use in heat transfer media up to 350 °C – apart from the use of different materials – nothing has changed in the concept of the ALLMAG® CMA for chemical applications and its advantages. Modern magnetic materials can be used up to 350 °C without any problems. The lantern and outer rotor form an effective heat barrier to protect the motor bearings.
The use of the ALLMAG® CMAT for pumping heat transfer media is ideal from an economic point of view since the eddy current losses in the containment can are absorbed by the pumped medium and are thus not lost to the overall process. Since so-called inline pumps are often used in plants, whose housings can be flanged directly into a pipeline with opposite nozzles, the ALLMAG® CMIT for heat transfer media is also available as an inline version.
